Support Our Mission

With a gift to Rebuilding Together Charleston of any size, you can help provide shelter for our most vulnerable neighbors. Your support allows us to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners:
  • $25 can install smoke detectors to help save lives in an emergency
  • $50 can fix lighting in a house to help increase safety and security
  • $150 can install grab bars to help prevent falls and injuries
  • $250 can replace a leaking window to help prevent mold growth
  • $500 can remove old carpeting to help reduce asthma and allergy triggers
  • $1,000 can build a ramp to help provide greater mobility and independence

There are many ways you can contribute to Rebuilding Together Charleston's mission:

Make a one-time or recurring gift: To make a donation online, please click the button below.  You may also mail a check made out to "Rebuilding Together Charleston" to our address at PO Box 2691 Charleston, WV 25330.
In-kind donations: We accept in-kind donations of tools, safety equipment and other items.  Please call our office if you're interested in donating any in-kind items to ensure we have the space and capacity to accept them. 
Matching gifts: Your donation to Rebuilding Together Charleston may be eligible to be matched by your employer.  With a matching gift, you can double or even triple your impact on the homeowners we serve! Please speak with your human resources department to learn if your company will match your donation. 
Rebuilding Together Charleston provides safe and healthy housing for low-income homeowners by completing home repairs free of charge to those served.  We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with tax ID number 55-0753728.
