About Us

Rebuilding Together Charleston (RTC) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that makes critical repairs at no charge for low-income homeowners and nonprofit organizations.  Our volunteers make homes safe and healthy, and they help seniors age in place.  We give special priority to seniors, people living with disabilities, families with children and veterans.

Thanks to our donors and volunteers, we repair and renovate more than 50 homes each year.  Rebuilding Together Charleston also relies on the generous support of small businesses, corporations and faith communities.

We produce real results for real families with real needs.  With our dedicated volunteers, we fix up homes to make them safe, accessible and energy efficient.  You can

Rebuilding Together Charleston is an affiliate of Rebuilding Together, Inc.  This national nonprofit has supported safe and healthy housing for over 40 years.  Rebuilding Together's local affiliates and nearly 100,000 volunteers complete about 10,000 rebuild projects nationwide each year.  To learn more about the Rebuilding Together network, visit www.rebuildingtogether.org.
